My cousin decided she wants to get a job in Pittsburgh and now wants to room together for a bit till she starts grad school. I currently have a lease with for a 1 bedroom. Love my apartment and I can have my cousin couch surf for a bit. But I was wondering if it’s worth trying to get out of my lease so we can get a 2bed somewhere else, if I should look to get someone to take over, or if I should reach out to my landlord and see if they have any more rental properties that I can somehow switch my lease to a 2bd. I need guidance please and thank you <3
