Videos for listings?

I have a bundle of fidget/sensory toys and wanted to include a video of them on the listing. Is this something Mercari supports? I could have sworn I saw a video on a listing in this app. Am I mistaken?

I know I'm a scrooge but does the phrasing on this email bother anyone else?

Like, did they tell you that they were so excited? How do you know? The buyer may just be calmly satisfied or content! Why make such bold assumptions?
