I am attending my friends wedding in Mexico in January. I got this dress for my daughter who will be 18 months at the time. My husband is claiming it is too much, and I need more muted tones for January in Mexico. Is this appropriate for a toddler to wear? I think it’s cute and my mom agrees with me that it’s fine, but my husband does not.
