All are green, one brown. I know they are good for the plants because they eat everything, but also could be bad because they do eat all the bugs, good and bad.
At what point do I start removing these guys? Not sure I want to have a pray-mantis love nest / farm on my roof

I ordered a premium flowering/fruiting live fruit tree from this seller. The tree that arrived was not what I reasonably expected from the listing. It arrived damaged, poorly packaged, with disturbed soil/root ball, compromised fruiting growth, and was much smaller than expected for the premium listing category.
One of my biggest concerns was that the seller had separate lower-priced listings for smaller trees, and what arrived felt much closer to the lower-priced category than the premium flowering/fruiting listing being advertised.
To be fair, the seller did communicate and eventually resolved the financial part of the issue. However, getting there required a lot of back-and-forth. The first remedy offers did not fully address the issue.
The communication also became uncomfortable when the seller repeatedly brought up business losses, store impact, employees, and review consequences. At first, I tried to view that sympathetically as stress from a small business trying to resolve a difficult situation. But after seeing similar complaints across reviews and what appear to be related storefronts on other platforms, it made the emotional pressure feel less like a one-off stressed response and more like a tactic to avoid accountability.
The most concerning part was being asked to leave a 5-star review, or agree not to leave a review, in exchange for a full refund without return. I was not comfortable tying any refund to review behavior. Reviews should reflect a buyer’s honest experience and should not be part of a refund negotiation.
I also did not feel comfortable accepting a replacement. With grafted fruit trees, buyers usually cannot immediately verify the exact variety, long-term health, or whether the tree will survive shipping stress. If the replacement were not the correct variety or had longer-term issues, the buyer may not know until much later.
Another thing that raised concerns for me was the shipping/origin information. From what I saw, the seller appeared to use different addresses or origin information, and some did not appear to be clear nursery locations. I am not making a legal conclusion, but for a seller shipping live trees/nursery stock across state lines, inconsistent or unclear origin information makes me question the transparency of the operation and whether shipments are being properly documented.
