How much grams do u think i’ll get from this plant ?

First of all sorry if this is the wrong flair .
Second i know the see through pots(containers) are bad for the roots but it was to see if the rooting was going good
Now the question is can i still reveg these plant if i put them in my closet on 18/6 light

Just want to ask if she seems healthy

Shes 29 days in to flower
In total shes 85 days or 13 weeks old
100 watt growlight
And i just defoliated her yesterday
