As the title states, neither my P2S nor my F1 will connect to XTool Creative Space. I’ve tried connecting via WiFi (as always) and USB. All was well a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been trying to work on a project for a a week, but I’ve been unsuccessful. For reference, I’m working with a Mac. I’ve verified my operating system is updated, I’ve restarted my computer and both XTool devices. I’ve unplugged them, cleared the cache, checked for updates… everything suggested in “connection help.” I also tried using my MacBook. No luck.

Has anyone else experienced this? What am I missing? I’m ridiculously frustrated! Thanks in advance for any help.
