I have had an unbelievably awful experience with Spectrum Mobile over a returned phone that went missing on their end that literally took four months to solve, and I just can't stay with them after this. I'm looking at Google Fi since we have pixels and use a lot of google products. But I'm concerned about coverage and customer service. Anyone have experience with the two and can offer a comparison?
