From a practical sales perspective I want to know just that

When you are dealing with any potential clients, so do you find it more easier to convert someone who has no prior knowledge about the solution, or someone who already understands the space?

How do you tackle both - one with no knowledge and another with already holding the knowledge?

Thanks in advance for the response!Have a good day..

On Linked in, I was outreaching to potential clients as I am in b2b sales.

So I sorted and created a list of potential clients those who are really fitting to our ICP.

So, I started with a normal conversation not a single pitch, neither sharing any links nor asking for providing the solution.

The conversation went well also I didn't asked that if you want we can help you out, because I just want to know first their workflow and operations.

But then another morning I was blocked by that person.

This isn't about criticizing a person.

Because its not their fault may be they don't want to move further with the conversation or they do not want to say a direct NO to the conversation.

I agree this is common in sales but the thing is like I was new to sales and so felt like low confident also felt at point like not to stay in sales anymore.

But with pass of time I got well aware about sales environment.

To grow in sales, ignorance, NO, getting blocked, rejections are normal and these all are the part of the sales.

I learnt and still learning many things of sales and apart from sales too.

What are you'r opinions on this? Also please share, if you have any extra tips for b2b sales to go with. THANKUHH

Hello dear friends I am an intern at a tech firm contributing in sales and I always wonder that Founders or CEO's of any business no matter, tech or any, are they all rounder and expert at everything ?

How do they have grab such a huge area of knowledge in everything like building tech, to closing deals. I know they have experience in the field but apart from that??

Just thought of this and wondered where can I get real answers, so thought to post here.

I am not much experienced in sales and all but asking this a simple question.

Your tips, suggestions, facts will be helpful for me to understand. Thank you everyone.
