I (38f) have been TTC since Nov 2024, tracking the whole time but only using Premom to chart since Sept 2025. I always have very regular 28-30 day cycles with clear LH surge and BBT rise.

This month I had a very weird cramp the day I was supposed to ovulate and think it was ovulation cramping which I never get. I got excited that maybe this meant something, but since then my temps have been all over the place. It might just be from a wonky schedule, DPO 2 and 5 I had to get up really early for work (2-3 hrs earlier than normal 5:30 am) and I had a couple beers on the weekend, because mother's Day weekend is rough, (days before DPO 3 and 4). I know it's still early in the TWW but I feel so in my head about everything.
