Do you think I’m ready to add weight, or should I keep working on my snatch with the empty bar?
I’ve been working on my snatch technique and doing accessory exercises: overhead squats and snatch pulls for the past 5 weeks. However, I still don’t feel confident with my snatch yet. Should I start adding weight, or keep practicing with the empty bar?
What can I do to improve my technique?
