Just bought my dress but there a some things I need to fix, I was thinking of adding more sequins, those are glued on, not sewn, so I'd like to know what kind of glue would be best. I also want to mend the neckline; any recommendations would be appreciated :(

Dentro de poco me graduo de la universidad, ya tengo mi vestido pero no está en muy buenas condiciones, alguien que me dé tips para arreglarlo? Quiero pegar lentejuelas en esos espacios y arreglar la parte del tul del escote :( ayuda por favor
