I believe I have mentioned in the past that the story I am working on right now is one spread out over the entire UA career, as opposed to everything occurring to first years, (with the tail end technically being second years if not for societal collapse.)
So, I thought I would just outline what I am currently thinking for the timeline:

First thing, USJ results in the Sports Festival having heightened security. In order to organize this security, the Festival is pushed back a month. (Seems to be likely early May, so now it is early June.) Hosu incedent occurs before the Festival in this timeline, and some plot points butterfly from there.
After Internships, Final Exams, (I-Island?) and the Summer camp occur as they usually do, as those are set to specific times and can not really be changed without altering UA's school system.
After the break, some school focused chapters, maybe move the Vs 1-B to here. School Festival Arc as well.
Then the Licensing Exam. This is changed to be specifically first and second year students, as it will be occurring at the end of the Second Term, so third years would not get much use out of it before graduating.
In the Third Term, we get started on the Work Studies. The Hassaikai raid occurs during the break before Second Year begins. So more time researching, and maybe give Izuku more on the job experience.
After the start of Second Year, some more work study missions, but mainly training. Sports Festival Round 2 as well. New internships that let students choose different types of heroes to see if they fit better than the work study heroes they've worked with. Nabu Island might be a good thing to have as the new Summer Camp.
Y2, Term 2, we get a second School Festival. and in the background, League vs MLA. By the time we reach the third term, heroes are getting ready for the start of the Paranormal War, but first they have Humarise to deal with.
War occurs early in 3rd year, and the societal collapse lasts several months.

So, how does that seem to look for a general outline? I do plan to include original arcs, and also may change the story to the point some of these arcs are not possible, but I felt the need to outline the general idea.
