Hi Manus team, My account email: [angajan@gmail.com] My subscription went into “past due” because my bank in Sri Lanka has a strict daily limit on international transactions. I cannot raise the limit quickly due to local regulations. Now my Manus billing page shows a past due subscription but there is no option to Downgrade to Free and no working button to update payment, so I’m completely stuck. I also tried in-app chat and received messages that it was sent to the billing team, but I’ve had no response to follow‑up emails. Could someone from Manus please:

  1. Manually cancel my current subscription, and
  2. Downgrade my account to Free / clear the past‑due lock,
    so that I can re‑subscribe later with a different payment method or lower tier? I can share screenshots and my existing support ticket ID via DM if that helps. Thank you.
