Crash to Desktop on PC on Resume/Load Game - Known Issue?
Hi All,
Got the game yesterday through Gamepass/Ubi Connect and after about an hour of the Game Crashing yesterday as soon as I clicked New Game, I finally go in and was able to play a bit. Today on Resume/Load Game I get the same issue. The game either crashes in the load screen to desktop, OR I get 3 seconds of running around then the game crashes to desktop.
I have tried all the various options that previous posts have mentioned:
- Reinstall game
-Reinstall drivers
- Run Ubi Connect/Game itself as Admin,
- Closed literally everything else on my PC
- Disabling various settings like DLSS, Frame Gen, Ray Tracing and all of that stuff
- Exclusive Fullscreen/Borderless windowed.
I cannot see to find a way to get this game to run at all, every other game runs absolutely fine exception this. Nothing shows in event viewer, no errors anywhere it just crashes to desktop.
Does anyone have any ideas of if this is currently known issue? Windows version is not a previous one and its 25H2.
