I’ve been doing intense workouts lately, hanging out in Zone 4 and 5. I wear my Whoop on my wrist.
I noticed that during peak intensity, my HR will just drop to Zone 0, or my HR will just say 0. I think it’s the sweat interfering with the sensor. Mainly because I stop and clean the band with my towel and it usually goes back to normal. It’s just a pain to constantly stop and clean the band.
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this and has a better fix. Maybe better placement for my Whoop? I’m honestly not sure. I’m still new to Whoop and I love it.
