I haven't been tested for Hpylori but I've done so much research because I've been going through so many different symptoms for couple years now. Doctors are not like they used to be so I try to avoid them at all cost. Even the times I have gone, they don't quite know where to begin which is understandable considering that a lot of illnesses have similar symptoms. I started with parasite cleansing using black walnut tincture, helped for a little then I got new symptoms. Treated tackling Candida, turns out that didnt work even though oregano oil seemed to help for a bit also. So now I'm trying methods to tackle hpylori and I'm seeing the most improvement in such a long time. My bloating is almost gone in just 3 days of homemade turmeric tea 3x a day and 2 Yakults a day aswell. Yakult is a Japanese sweetened probiotic milk beverage fermented with the bacteria strain Lacticaseibacillus casei Shirota. I get that at an Asian market near my home. This bacteria seems to weaken hpylori along with the turmeric. This is just 3 days and I got rid of the extreme bloat I would get at the top of the abdomen. This is the best way to start the healing process but I understand that some people may have worsened over time and might need other medications. I just thought maybe this could help someone. Im still dealing with really bad headaches and fatigue but I'm hoping it's part of the healing process. It's also possble that because of the hpylori, my body wasnt absorbing enough nutrients so I'm going to start taking iron and see if that helps. If not I just gotta take it a step further and possibly take a visit to the doctor's about the headaches.
