After posting my first attempt ar ring dips here couple of days ago I received a huge amount of tips and suggestions, mainly to move the barbell out of the way before an accident happens and to try RTO. Anyways, today I went for 4x30s top holds, slowly rotating in and out as far as I could. Definitively harder but also having something to do made the time go faster lol. Felt much more stable compared to the last time, still shaky obviously but better than expected! 6 reps was pretty comfortable which is crazy given that 4 reps last time felt like a near death experience. Pretty nice to do things for the first time, been a while since Ive felt these noobie gains!
