I’m setting up a DS-7616NXI-I2/16P/VPro NVR with DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL and DS-2CD3687G3-LIZSUY/SL cameras. I can’t get AcuSearch to return any results.
AcuSeek works fine. Engine 1 is set to AcuSearch and Engine 2 is set to AcuSeek. I have linked the two cameras (one of each model) to the required Linked Channels in the Intelligent Search Details.
I thought maybe the cameras may not support AcuSense but since AcuSeek works well, they must as the VPro’s data sheet says
“If the cameras support Hikvision AcuSense Technology and have enabled AcuSearch function, the NVR supports AcuSeek in all channels, capable of modeling 300,000 targets/day.”
I’m drawing the AcuSearch box around a subject, the date is correct and camera is selected.
Anyone got any idea why I don’t get any search results?
