I had a chat with customer service asking three times if the pixel 4 LTE was compatible to confirm that it was before buying one. I was told over and over that it was. Purchased the device and went to activate only to be told it's not compatible -_-

This is more than a vent than anything else but Jesus does Time Warner really hold true to its name. I have a year of free phone service and I've already paid too much for this trash. Remarkably bad and outright lying customer service even if they have nothing to gain from it.

I have a quote for rooftop solar using Propels lease to own program to get the federal credits. My concern is with a staggering 7.79% rate of the 25 year loan.

While long term it may save my money it's still a tough pill to swallow and I was wondering if anyone in a similar program has refinanced this loan for a lower rate or more ideal conditions after it had come to the end of the minimum 5 years.

Any advice?

We have a sag in our subfloor that is too much for the laminate pieces we are laying down. It's a wood subfloor and around a half in to an inch sag. Would filling this with the quickrete self leveling concrete be fine? I'm using Mapei primer T as well.

I'll avoid having it fall between the gaps between boards. The rest of the room is good but this area needs to be fixed, and replacing subfloor panels may be simply too much work if this will be adequate.
