Had my pop+ for about a month and was enjoying it with no issues. One morning it simply did not turn on, no lights or anything. Tried multiple outlets and factory reset. Luckily the machine is in warranty and it is currently en route to Nespresso for a free repair or replacement, however the sudden breakage has me concerned about the overall longevity of the machine.
Has anyone else had this issue? It was plugged into a surge protector, I understand ideally it should be plugged directly into the wall but I don't recall the manual saying it couldn't be plugged into one. All my other devices plugged into the surge protector are fine. I will probably plug it directly into the wall moving forward to hopefully avoid the issue in the future.
