A new, all-in-one nutrition and workout app
I’m building a fitness app called MacroLift and I’m looking for blunt feedback from people who actually track their lifting.

The idea is simple: most apps log workouts, calories, and bodyweight separately, but they don’t really help connect the dots.
MacroLift is being built around:
- workout logging
- nutrition/macros
- progression trends
- readiness/recovery scoring
- adaptive training decisions based on recent performance
I’m not trying to claim it’s perfect. I’m trying to find out where it’s confusing, what serious lifters would actually use, and what would make someone switch from their current setup.
For people who track training properly: what would a lifting app need to do for you to actually care?
