Confluence is supposed to be an OP tool, but the one we have is just text upon text with barely any actual explanation. On top of that, there are multiple links branching off from the same page, and those pages again don’t really contain useful information either. Does anyone else feel the same way? There are like million pages created across with repeated information and so many orgs.
I couldn’t care less about working here anymore. I’m just drifting through at this point. Every single day it’s more and more work being dumped on me and somehow I’m expected to just deal with it. I know I need to do something about it, but honestly, I just don’t care anymore.
No promotions, no hike, no RSUs and let’s be real, that shit feels like a scam anyway when the chances of getting laid off before vesting seem high. My manager keeps piling on more work every day and it’s annoying the fuck out of me.
I’m fed up and completely drained day after day. And outside of work, nobody gives a flying fuck about what we’re dealing with. It’s all milestones, deadlines, commitments like that’s all that matters.
But I’m just not there anymore. Mentally checked out and not having this shit anymore.
