In 2020 when I launch my agency and we ended up specializing in localizing brand development and customer acquisition for home service business via consistent custom social media content and our hidden value proposition was a process I called “Follower Farming” (now trademarked).

If you are trying to attract local home owners who are gratuitous with referrals and using Facebook or any social media, you have to Follower Farm.

It’s more common place now. You see brands being personified and engaging with relevant content- it wasn’t in 2020. It was entirely novel when I introduced it to business and yet- most do not do it quite correctly.

So, next time you log onto your feed. Head into a local Facebook group as your business and start conversing. As you’d imagine your business would if it was a person based on your brand.
