Hi,

Does anyone have experience with Pumpkin? I am being told that my dog must wait again for an illness claim to be submitted. The waiting period for illness ended two weeks ago. Then I was told when a claim is reviewed they don’t have the staff to send out emails letting you know the claim review process takes two to four weeks.

I am not liking this level of customer service at all. They never answer the phone they just text too.

Which has the best phone support? That includes wellness and illness/accident.
