Title says it all. I’m a January 65 genX’er. My dad died in 82 when i was 17( police killed in the line of duty) and my mother in 2017 between Christmas and new year’s. Both silent generation folks. I still miss them every day damnit. Sometimes it would be nice to be the kid instead of the responsible, wise parent.
