Agressivity after vet visit

Hello everyone ! Let me start by explaining who Persil is !

He was found by my husband outside his work place on Monday of this week, and we got a hold of the previous owner who said that they didnt want him anymore, and purposefully put him outside.

We adopted him and since then, he's been an ANGEL!

Loves to be pet, eats well, loves to cuddle!

He sleeps in his crate, but free roams all day long.

Yesterday, (wednesday) I took him to a vet appointment, to give him his shots and schedule an appointment for getting him spayed.

When we got home, he was very agitated, but I brushed it off on stress of the car ride and vet visit.

He did bite lightly my husband when he wanted to pet him, and me when I stopped petting him. Which I thought was just a bit of sassiness from him.

But this morning, he's been running around everywhere, bite me quite hard (blood) when I put my hand down to touch him...

I wonder if its just the stress of the vet, and the new home, or if maybe he's territorial?

He's a precious little angel and I don't want him to be scared and stressed, any tips?
