I tried to ask these questions in the Discord, but never got any answers. This season I scouted about 60 players, and when the draft came, I was picked 21. There were zero players that I had scouted left on the board somehow are the rest of the players I scouted still in college or something? I feel like I am missing something in the scouting portion of this game.

Also, as far as player development goes, I maxed out the last skill cap for a player and as soon as I did it all of his skill caps increased and he gained a star. Is that supposed to happen? Is there some sort of indicator?
