And i’ve been trying to get it back since then every three to four months i try once today instagram messaged me on whatsapp saying there is a suspicious activity in my account I pressed the recovery button and confirmed my email and phone number and took a video and these fuckers emailed me saying they couldn’t confirm my identity idk maybe because i grew up and my face changed is that a thing or do they need the video just to confirm i’m not a robot can anyone help me out ?
