As someone who is fem, I've noticed this personally. What's your opinion? Why do you think gay men put down other gay men for being fem?

I do hope this opens the eyes of some men here to realize discriminating against other gay men for being for feminine is harmful to all of us. It leads to less of us in positions of leadership meaning we have less gay men to help fight for us on a higher level.

Edit: Because people are not reading the article and assuming this is about attraction, it's about presenting either feminine or masculine in a job interview.
