Work Laptop Won’t Connect to Outdoor 7
I have likely the most common work laptop: the Lenovo Carbon X1 think pad.
I have many 6es throughout the house and I have an outdoor 7.
It is impossible to get the laptop to connect to the 7. I have even turned all 6es off and couldn’t get it to connect to the 7.
I am an attorney at a large firm that works with medical records so my computer has quite a bit of things on it I am sure I don’t understand. Except that when I called eero support, they said that my Lenovo couldn’t connect to a 7 because it doesn’t recognize the band and can only connect to the 6e. I can’t believe that is possible (most common laptop in america can’t connect to an outdoor 7?) and I must have misunderstood.
Has anyone else ran into this issue and/or have solutions?
