Hard Flaccid Recovery Story (6 Months)
Wanted to share this in case it helps anyone going through the same thing.
Injury happened during sex (penis bent), and after that I developed hard flaccid.
Symptoms:
Cold, numb, shrunken penis
No erections at all (including morning erections) for 3 months
Penis felt “disconnected”
Tightness/hard feeling in the perineum
Weak erections only possible lying or sitting (not standing)
Months 1–3:
No erections, everything felt tight, cold, and smaller.
What I did:
Slept with no clothes + pillow under thighs
Took hot baths regularly
Around month 3, morning erections finally started coming back.
Month 4:
Continued same routine
Watched porn about once a week just to stimulate erections
Took Cialis 5mg for 14 days (helped temporarily with size/erection quality, but not permanent)
Started doing “dick-ups” (towel resistance while erect)
Practiced reverse kegels when standing after getting erection lying down
Month 5:
Added standing leg raises (around 300 reps daily)
Month 6:
Focused more on relaxing my body
Continued light exercise
During this time I had sex about 5 times. It was a struggle at first, but I noticed sex helped more than masturbation in terms of recovery.
Now:
100% recovered
No tightness or hard flaccid
Can get and maintain erections standing
Normal sensation is back
No more cold/numb feeling
If you’re dealing with this, it can get better. Recovery took time and consistency.
Happy to answer questions.

re-posted because i did recover & then i triggered hf again but now its actually gone i just started pelvic floor therapy but tbh i was recovered before i started im only doing pelvic floor therapy because he told me my breathing is not good because when i stand i dont relax the pelvic floor but this is irrelevant my problems came from my injury im just being extra safe so i dont trigger hf again
