Reached out to a local watch repair shop and to Hamilton directly, and received a "no" from both.

I want to swap the crystal for one with AR coating. Clearly, this has been around the block a few times - it's my most-worn and has value to me beyond its price. My only gripe is how blinding the crystal can be in direct sunlight, so now years later I'm asking if anyone is able or knows someone who can do this swap? Not unwilling to do it myself but I don't want to invest in any tools I will only use once - I have enough stuff as it is.
