So I'm gonna try to make a podcast to teach myself AV stuff and eventually video editing. If I'm taking video on my phone how do I get it to be recording on my pc too because my phone doesn't have alot of space so I need the camera of my phone to record but to just be sending the file to my pc. People said use screen recorder but won't that also record the HUD of my phones camera software

Also if there are any gonna guides to learning podcast production, AV production, and video editing that would help a lot if you have recommendations
