hey guys I have been tinkering on this Coleman ct200u ex for a while and I have finally found my problem. I realized it is going max speed because of this stupid return spring not working right. I have tried replacing it but that hasn’t worked yet. Also I bought a new chain but now it is really tight and I don’t know how to make the horrible noise stop. I think it is because It is new, it needs to be stretched, or put oil on it.

So can you guys help me with figuring out how to make this throttle return spring finally work and get the chain to stop making that bad noise?
