Can you add the Soviets to just the Pacific side of the board?
With soley Pacific 1940 could you add those 18 societ infantry plus 2 AAA that spawn in Global plus a Soviet IPC tracker, and maybe a minor industrial complex? I was thinking this could lessen the effects of a J1 attack but Is it possible to do this without breaking game balance? Cuz when I tried Japan got destroyed by the Allies.
