Does anyone know how to set up a switch 1 or switch 2 joycon. So that I can use it as a pointer/wand like I can on the switch?

I have tried setting up a switch 1 joycon but it is just like a duelsence so far except more jittery. I have to hold it up right and sort of swivel.

I am fairly new to using gyro on PC. Currently using a Duelsence with the touch pad being used to activate gyro to mouse.
