A Reminder of Gage's Interview One Year Ago
With everything that has happened in the last year or more and now with Gage on Substack, I would like to remind everyone of this interview that Heather McDonald set up with Dr. Drew and Gage two years ago. I was cynical and not a big fan of Dr. Drew nor Heather, but looking back, I believe this interview was beyond insightful on many levels. I think Gage was just tired of the ongoing bashing Jeff was doing on air, and that's why he decided to speak out at the time.
Gage is a great communicator, thoughtful, and he also really listened and had questions for Dr. Drew. You don't have to agree with everything in this interview. And no parent or ex is perfect. So it's not that Gage is perfect in the years of back and forth, and I had been critical. But I believe you will come away with a newfound respect for him and what he has endured for years dealing with Jeff personally and also with Jeff using his radio show for the continual dragging and misinformation.
I recently listened to this again, and I know I respect him a lot more after this interview in light of all of the recent events and Jeff's relentless bullying behavior towards everyone, which has escalated. It is what he is using his radio show for these days: burying his perceived enemies.
