Molly - 1.5-year-old German Shepherd - Olympia, Washington. Running out of time and needs to be rehomed by May 26. Please help save her with comments and shares.
Molly is an adorable, loving purebred 1.5-year-old German Shepherd (70 lbs) in Olympia, WA. Shelters and rescues turned her away, and she has exactly one week left (Tuesday, May 26th).
I am trying to find her a foster or permanent home. She is incredibly sweet and goofy. Her favorite thing is putting empty plastic buckets on her head and blindly walking around the yard wagging her tail. She just needs a yard, structure, and someone who understands working breeds.
She lives with cats now and gets along half the time, but corners them sometimes. With children she vacillates between sweet and nervous/unpredictable. Her behavior with other dogs is unknown.
A Western WA trainer is offering free sessions to help her settle in. Molly's nervous energy is simply due to an unstable environment that cannot meet a Shepherd's needs for structure, walks, and mental exercises. With these, she is a sweet, goofy, and intelligent companion.
Food and basic supplies can be provided. Please DM me immediately if you can open your home or help rehome her. I will connect you directly with her handler. Please upvote, comment, and share to bump for visibility. Thank you.
