Any ecom courses or mentoring programs actually legit and worth it?

Or should I just keep on learning off YouTube and putting it into practice myself?

I'm running ads on the other side of the world to where I live. The time on meta is set to my time zone. How do I run ads efficiently? Do I start them at midnight my time zone or the country I'm selling to?

This is my first time running meta ads. Facebook is set to my time zone but where I am selling to is 14 to 16 hours or more behind me. I'm not sure what time to set to optimise ad spend. Midnight or early morning my time, or the target country time. I don't want the ad spend wasted by only allocating a few hours of the day to spend on ads. Or should I try to change Facebook time to the target country (although it says you can't change it).
