Carb Rebuild Help

Hello all. I'm in the process of rebuilding a Keihin FCR MX carb for my Husaberg FS 450 SM and I've run into some trouble. When trying to remove this hoop piece in the picture from the midbody of the carb I stripped the 2mm allen screws on the inside of the bowl despite my best efforts. I used heat and (some) patience but it wasn't enough, those things are locked in there. I was hoping someone on here may have had something similar happen or maybe someone just has some advice for what I should do. I don't have any extractors that small and even if I didn't I'm not confident that would work. There is also no room to get a Dremel or die grinder wheel in there to make a slit. My only thought is to drill them out but that idea certainly worries me. What do you guys think? Anyone dealt with this before? I appreciate any insight!
