Driveway repair
Hey, team, how goes it! I have a number of issues going on with my driveway and front stairs leading up to our front door. I've owned homes before but have never had to do any kind of concrete repair. I just want to bolster my knowledge on options, any relevant terminology and approximate expected costs.
📌 Concerning costs estimates, I live near the Washington DC metro area in a middle class neighborhood. It's a neighborhood of nice townhomes. We're not looking to sell or anything, just doing some fixin'.
📌 A full resurfacing is on the table, but I've seen a few people do it and it looks a little goofy because people's only option seems to be this light grey concrete (?) that stands out in the neighborhood. Also, I imagine it's way more expensive.
📌 There are a few photos of this triangle shaped crack. The triangle area is sunken down about one inch. Can a skilled person pull that back up, add material underneath and then seal around the original surface? Or is my only option to just fill in over it, creating a color mismatch situation?
