Thoughts on Replacement Character for my Stormcast?

Basically what it says on the tin. I've been having a hard time really getting invested in my Stormcast character for some reason, so I'm considering a swap to something that can be Soulbound/use Soulfire, and thus have that in-character connection to the rest of the group rather than being their Sigmar-mandated babysitter. Thing is, I'm not sure what I should go for out of a handful of ideas, so I figured I'd see what folks think would be a better fit of the ones I've selected from.

Having recently gotten into the actual war-game tabletop, I'm currently leaning towards at least two of the Lumineth options (despite the fact their hats look goofy to me): the Hurakan Windcharger or the Vanari Warrior (as either a Sentinel or Dawnrider) - maybe a Scinari Loreseeker if I think I can handle the weird balance of being a gish in the game's mechanics.

That said, I'm also partial to the Isharann Soulrender of the Idoneth and the Abhorrent Ghoul of the FEC, so I'm a bit split on what to go for.

Also, for context, our party (besides myself) currently consists of an Endrinmaster, a Vampire Lord, a Branchwych, and a Trade Pioneer.

How good is Mounted Combat?

Basically what it says on the tin.

Soulbound's been kind of a gateway for me into the actual wargame/model hobby, & I've been really vibing with the Lumineth Realm-Lords in terms of models - even if I think most of their helmets are really dumb & impractical much of the time. In particular, I really love the designs of the Dawnrider models, and remember that the faction's introduction in Champions of Order mentions them in the lore section for the Vanari Warrior archetype.

So, I was curious for those who have played or GM'd for player characters who run a mounted combat build if they had any insight on how viable it is.
