Hi everyone! I recently acquired in Japan (at the shop called apple symphony in nakano broadway) this beautiful original Dragon Ball Z production cel (unfortunately the douga is stuck behind and I don't want to try to remove it and risk destroying everything) featuring Super Saiyan Goku, and I am trying to track down the exact scene and time stamp where it appears on screen. If you can identify it and add screenshot that would be amazing!
