how would i go about adding some overdrive to my tone knob?
my tone knob is broken and my bass isn't sending any signal to my amp, so i plan on fixing that soon, but while i'm in the guts of the thing i'm thinking about maybe installing some sort of overdrive in addition to my tone knob.
problem is- i'm technology illiterate so idk what any part like diode or capacitor does so i just wanna ask how i could do it
