Weight loss sooooo slow

I started Reta on the 20th of April. I’m now on 4mg a week. My start weight was 121kg and I’ve been on
117.1kg for a week. When I was whining about not losing the first week or so, someone on here thought I was likely eating too much, so I started tracking EVERYTHING on My Fitness Pal. I weigh everything and I’m fastidious.
I had weight loss surgery (sleeve gastrectomy) in 2015 and I think I maybe since then I can’t have many calories without gaining weight and losing is difficult, perimenopause, etc.
This week I’ve been sitting around 900-1000 calories every day and my weight has stayed the same. I am getting really good appetite suppression so that’s good. But the weight loss? Am I crazy? Am I doing something wrong? Too many calories? Too few calories? I was considering going to Michael Mosley’s Fast 800. I have asked my GP to send off for me to have my thyroid checked. Feeling pretty disheartened though, and hoping I get a whoosh soon.

I just want to buy one audiobook

This is probably a really naive question but I want to buy my mother a particular audiobook because I know she won’t ever read the book but I know she’ll listen. But I don’t have Audible and she doesn’t subscribe to Spotify. How can you buy just a regular MP3 or whatever of a book? Or is that just not a thing and I have asked the most obvious question ever? The book is A Different Kind of Power by Jacinda Ardern and I’m in Wellington, New Zealand.

I just had my fourth dose. I’m doing 1mg twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

I’m on Vyvanse for ADHD so I’m kinda used to appetite suppression. But the difference I’ve felt is even slightly better suppression. I don’t feel that I’m eating much at all, but I’ve not lost any weight at all. I know I’m being impatient but I thought it might have dropped a little after nearly 2 weeks. Is it too soon to increase my dose and if so, what to? I’ve had no discernible side effects.
