My sister dosent trust vaccines

I’m looking for some advice and factual information because I’m really worried about my sister’s 6 month old daughter.

My sister was recently dropped by the pediatrician she was seeing because she missed too many appointments. The last time I talked to her, she said she was looking for a new pediatrician who would allow them to wait on vaccines.

Her reasoning is that she and her significant other know someone whose daughter had to get what my sister called “catch up vaccines,” and that child passed away shortly afterward.

She also decided not to give her daughter the vitamin K shot when she was born.

I’m not super knowledgeable about all of this. I have a 2 year old son, and I’ve made sure he’s received every vaccine recommended by his doctors.

My sister is also super into conspiracy theories, so I’m trying to approach this carefully. I want her to do what’s best for her child, and I’m genuinely worried about her daughter.

Can someone please help me find reliable, factual information and sources that I can show her? I’m especially looking for information about delaying vaccines, catch up vaccines, the risks of not vaccinating or delaying vaccines.

I would really appreciate sources from reputable medical organizations or actual medical research. I just want factual information that I can share with her.

I’m worried about this baby and want to make sure I’m doing what I can to help.

I don't think my Son doesn't like's Sesame Street anymore... 😢 😭

As the title suggests, my son is starting to dislike Sesame Street. He’s 2 ½ years old, and up until a few months ago, he seemed to love it.

Watching a new episode when it came out was a tradition. I’d put Sesame Street on as background noise when he was younger because I loved knowing that there was something educational and positive on when he was in the room.

But now, all of a sudden, whenever I turn it on, he just says, “Take it off.”

And honestly, it’s disheartening as a parent...

I never watched Sesame Street as a kid because my parents hated Elmo, so it’s been extremely meaningful for me to discover the show and its characters alongside my son. I’ve grown to love it in a way I never expected. He’s also recently started disliking Miss Rachel, which sucks because I think she’s such a great teacher.

I guess what this really comes down to is that my son is growing and changing right in front of me, and I just want him to stay my little boy forever. 😭

I know this probably isn’t exactly the place for a sentimental parenting post, but Sesame Street was something we've bonded over. I figured I’d reach out to the community and see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

Is this just the end of his Sesame Street phase, or should I keep offering it every now and again in the hope that he'll come back around to it?

One of the hardest parts of parenting is realizing your child is growing faster than your heart can handle... ❤️

this was a really interesting episode and it seemed like Julie would be a more prominent character in the series moving forward. I feel like making this trio a quartet in the third season could have been a cool concept to explore... What do you guys think?

At the end of war of the worlds part 2, Ben starts cycling through his Omnitrix. even though we don't get to see the holograms he says I don't recognize any of these guys landing on lodestar. rath wasn't unlocked until the con of wrath and nanomech wasn't unlocked until the movie. that doesn't leave any other aliens. does Ben just have three transformations we've never seen or is he just dumb?
