ARF GMT stopped working after this little piece inside came undone

I received my ARF GMT a week ago and it suddenly stopped. Returning watches is a pain so I took the back off to do basic troubleshooting. There is a half moon shaped disk behind the flywheel which looks decorative with Rolex and some kind of number stamped on it that has become undone. I moved it back into place and the arms move, but the time is off a couple of hours a day now.

I did notice the loose metal piece was magnetically attracted to my tweezers. Any advice at this point? I have a message out to my TD, but my previous TD wanted me to send the watch back to China at great expense.

Inside of ARF Daytona 4801 from Easywatch

I see a lot of QC pictures of ARF Daytona with "youth" 4801 movement, but here's the "dressed" inside. It's a pretty impressive watch for the price point. Dramatically better than my U1 Daytona that it's replacing. Rotor isn't that loud. I can hear it a foot away in a quiet room, inaudible at arm's length. Band is outstanding.

I got it from one of the new TDs, easywatch. Didn't see any actual reviews on him before ordering, so here's my experience. Price was excellent, on par with Angela, about as low as I could find. Good communicator. Actual cost of shipping plus a bit for insurance. About 5-6 days to QC, then 5 days FedEx to US via HK. I would order from him again without a doubt.

Received ARF Daytona Panda 4801 from easywatch

I received my new panda today, and thinking it's my deal of the year. I've been seeing a lot of QC pics on reddit, but not of the actual watch. First of all, it's not that loud. I can hear the rotor 1 foot from my ear, but not at an arm's length. Here's a pic of the decorated 4801. Overall, the watch feels like an ARF in terms of quality. I have been dabbling in some mid tier watches like U1 and AF lately to try to save some money, and this is undeniably, instantly recognizable as a different category. It's not just about comparing pictures, the band feels dramatically better, the mirrored parts don't have a cheap shiny waviness to them, and it just feels like luxury jewelry on the wrist. And yes, the rest of the QC stuff is green light.

I also wanted to put out an unsolicited review of easywatch, since he became a TD a month ago, and there isn't much info out there about him yet. You can find his contact info on a giveaway he did about a month ago. Super friendly and a good communicator. Got the watch for $309 + FedEx to the US + insurance = $395, which is what Angela was asking. I saw a few others paying as little as $350, but they didn't specify shipping details. $10 PayPal deposit got me a decent QC in 5-6 days. After PayPal the rest, I got it in 5 days via HK FedEx. Looking at his telegram messages, I'll definitely use him again in the future.
