Hey everyone, I want to get into digital art as a hobby but I’m a complete beginner. I already have an iPad that I mainly bought for school notes and a pencil, so I thought maybe digital art would be an easier and cheaper way to start compared to traditional drawing.

The thing is, I don’t know anything about drawing fundamentals yet. I’m also a bit worried that I’ll lose motivation after a few weeks, so I don’t really want to spend money on expensive apps or equipment right away.

Do you think starting with an iPad + a non-Apple Pencil stylus is okay for learning the basics?
What apps would you recommend for a beginner that are either free or cheap?
And what’s the best way to start learning without getting overwhelmed?

Would appreciate any advice :)

I just bought Game Pass and I’m trying to install a game, but I keep getting the error code 0x800706b5. I couldn’t really find much information about it online, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has encountered a similar issue or knows how to fix it.
