Thinking about rejecting Erasmus

I was accepted for the Erasmus program quite a while ago, but due to personal circumstances and lower-than-expected funding, I am seriously considering turning it down, even though I’m only about two months away from flying out (I’ve already booked the flight and accommodation for nine months).

I was expecting significantly more funding; the amounts were released today, and it is far less than I anticipated because I wasn't granted the "student with fewer opportunities" status. This means I’ll have to dip into my savings and money from home. Should I turn it down? I’ve already emailed my university’s International Relations Office, but the situation looks pretty bleak.

Could someone advise me on what to do or what other financial aid to look for? (I am from Andalusia.)
