What exactly does tail bobbing look like? (general question)

(this isn’t for diagnosing my own bird, mine are fine! im just curious) (image of my bird tiki because why not, this was taken in 2024 and my mom was trying to show her the lights..which she clearly didn’t like)

I usually see people say it’s when the bobbing matches the birds breathing (like heavy breathing or like it’s for support) or it’s just pretty quick bobbing.

But which is it? or is it both? or would it depend on what sickness? ik this is kind of a stupid question but I would like to hear answers and opinions from actual people and not some AI on google.

Snail care questions

(If this post is not allowed let me know asap so i can change/remove it)

Hello snail army, I’ve been considering getting a snail for a year now and feel im ready to start beginning the approach-BUT, I wanted to ask:

1: What are some care tips most people don’t know? (can be super beginner or super experienced, doesn’t matter)

2: What are some facts or tips you wish people knew more about personally?

*im not buying the snail itself anytime soon at all, i have a LOT of research to do (im talking square one) but for the first step i wanna know this information to understand what most informational care videos and sites don’t tell.

(show ur snail pics and what type it is too hehe)

Tips for getting more comfortable on holding critters? (+share ur roach pics!)

**IF THIS IS THE WRONG TAG PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! will repost with proper tag**

This little guy was the best I was able to hold, a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach! I held them a billion times in 2024 at my old job, but any other bug? i’ve had no luck.

I love all animals and find insects cute as well but im overly scared of them (why? no clue, I’ve been that way since i was a baby) AND I NEED THAT FEAR GONE! Does anybody have any advice for that?

( I love insects towards the roach direction the most, so you guys should totally share pics u have with one)

Tips for spinning trick?

**SEE EDIT AT BOTTOM**

I need some advice for people who were successfully able to make their piggy spin! my pig can do it partly-but it’s been like almost a year now. if i say “spin” or do the spin motion with my hand he doesn’t do it, but with the veggie itself he’ll get the cue. Specifically when i spin the veggie in the air only 😭 but that itself is a bit not so common

I feel that either he ended up learning like that and that’s just how it is, is still in the learning process (pretty slow learner like me i guess), OR he might not like doing the trick itself? What do you guys think

EDIT: so like hours later after posting this he decided to gain an extra brain cell (now two! his newest highest) and started spinning with me saying it and when he wanted a treat 😭 SO share funny trick stories if you’d like
